- Excavation & Base Prep: We excavate down to solid subsoil and lay a minimum 6-inch compacted aggregate base (3/4 clear crushed rock) to eliminate future settling.
- Geogrid Reinforcement: For walls over 4 feet or those carrying surcharge loads, we integrate soil-reinforcing geogrid layers that anchor the wall deep into the bank.
- Integrated Drainage: Perforated drain pipe (weep tile) is placed at the base, encased in clear drain rock and filter fabric to eliminate hydrostatic water pressure buildup.
- Precision Block Stacking & Capping: Blocks are level-stacked with precise batter angles and finished with heavy-duty coping caps locked in place with concrete adhesive.
